Headlight Street Drag Races
When: June 26th, July 17th, September 23rd
Gates Open 6:00 PM Street Race until 9:00 PM
Where: Old Dominion Speedway Rt. 234 -- Manassas, VA
Admission: $5.00 to hangout Race for only $15.00

NO RACE CARS! STREET CARS ONLY This is not a serious drag race! Come out and have some fun!

Using your headlights! No Stadium Lights! Race your friends or just hang! Come street race legally! No speeding tickets!

Reason for this Event:
This event designed to duplicate as best we can the thrill of street racing only in a safe environment for both participants and spectators. While this will be an organized event for your safety it is designed for those who have never raced or the occasional racer at test and tune. This is not a serious drag race, it will be very casual, laid back, have fun, run your buddy, let out some frustrations, and not get in trouble racing on the street. The event is open to street cars, meaning imports and domestic makes. NO RACE CARS. Clubs are welcome. There will be no stadium lights. You’ll use your headlights just like on the street. We will use the Christmas tree, scoreboards, and give you time slips. If you have never raced before we’ll help, it’s easy, guaranteed you’ll like it. We’ll do imports versus imports if that is what you like, or want to race somebody specific let an official know. The fees are reasonable: $15.00 to race or if you just want to hang it’s only $5.00. The best part of this event is you can’t get a SPEEDING TICKET. Bring your lead foot, your ride, your buddy, your girl and have fun street racing. Do it in the dark!

This would be a lot of fun...might surprise some people with a 12 second Jeep, LOL! Maybe next year for me though.

Guys, ODS is an 1/8 mile track... and it's in PW County... I would NEVER go there at night.. (kidding of course)

had a blast. forgot to take the 22's off so i was a little heavy. ran 9.7 consistently. put up a vid of one of my runs on facebook.

1/8 is crazy short IMO.. I mean, it's a great place to practice your 60' cause you don't have to worry about too much after it.
