I should be stateside and in NY by 11JAN...and I can't wait! It sucks being this excited because everything just slows way down!!! Even though I have done another 13 month deployment like this one, plus ,my last one was a 16 month...this one seemed like it went the slowest and was the longest. I just can't wait for it to be over because after 5 combat deployments, I will never have to deploy again! Thank God!!!!!!

Hope time goes by quick for you! My hubby was deployed for 6 months and that felt like an eternity, I can't imagine what 13+ months would be like. Here's to a safe return....:)
